Homemade Cheesy Macaroni
1 lb dry Elbow Macaroni
1 Egg
8 oz Velveeta
4 oz Cheddar
4 oz Colby Jack
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/4 C Butter
2 TB Sugar
1 C Milk
Salt and Pepper

Topping
1 C Breadcrumbs
2 TB Butter
1 C Cheddar

1. Cook elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
2. Drain macaroni and add velveeta, cheddar and colby jack cheeses to hot noodles.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, melted butter, sugar, milk, and egg.
4. Combine wet ingredients with the noodles and add salt and pepper.
5. Add noodles to a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with cheese
6. Mix breadcrumbs and melted 2 TB of butter, and add them to the top of the noodles.
7. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
